The hotel stay was comfortable and their hospitality was excellent. Ms.Sandy welcomed and helped us while checking in. As the hotel was in the best place of the city, we didn't find any difficulty in exploring the city and coming back by foot. Thankyou so much.

We checked in on June 12th for a 3 nights stay. We were greeted by Sandy with a warm smile at the front desk. Our room was cleaned and modern. What we like most about the hotel is the quiet and convenient of the location within the Old Quarter of Hanoi. We like this hotel so much that we came back for another 2 nights after traveling to other cities in Vietnam before heading back to SF, California. We like to recognize Sophie at the front desk for being friendly and personal in answering all our questions.

I recently stay here and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Sandy went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious. And the amenities are top notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area
